I made this cheese ball yesterday for refreshments after the church Christmas play. Did you know cheese balls are really easy to make? I've been asked for my recipe, but the truth is, I don't really follow a recipe. Here's how I made this cheese ball:
Form into a ball
Roll the cheese ball in chopped pecans to coat the outside as much as you'd like. This is optional
Refrigerate until you're ready to eat.
You don't have to own a food processor to do this. Just be sure to soften your cream cheese so that it isn't too difficult to mix.
